Elizabeth Olaya

Elizabeth Olaya is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Acquisition of International Talent at Open Talent since February 2023, Elizabeth also co-founded APLICA YA VALENCIA, where Elizabeth manages community engagement and provides updated information on employment opportunities and resources in the Valencian Community. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Administrative Technician at PRODAGUA CA, where responsibilities involved recruitment and staff selection, and as an Administrative Technician at the Secretaría Técnica Plan Toda Una Vida and UNIVISA, focusing on administrative support and personnel management. Elizabeth holds a degree in Human Resources from UNIVERSIDAD UTE and is pursuing an MBA in Business Management from AEI Business School.
