SANJIB DEKA is currently working as a Lead in BizOps & Strategy at OpenTalent, focusing on helping companies find and hire remote talent across Europe. Prior to this role, SANJIB was a Business Development Intern at MEETOPTICS and held various positions at Eicher Trucks and Buses, including Country Manager - Sales & Marketing for International Business in Bangladesh and Channel Sales Manager for North-Eastern States and Bhutan. SANJIB also worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Tata Motors and as an Area Sales Executive at Signode India Limited. SANJIB holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar and is currently pursuing a Full Time MBA in General Management at Esade.
