This position is with a fast-growing health tech startup doing something really meaningful with healthcare data. They're all about solving tough problems, moving fast, and building things that matter. If you’re someone who enjoys getting stuff done, even if it means whiteboarding with the team on a Sunday (because sometimes the best ideas can’t wait), then you’re in the right place.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Setting up, managing, and fine-tuning data pipelines using Mirth, HL7, FHIR, CCDA, DFT, and XML formats.
  • Collaborating with our clinical and engineering teams to make sure healthcare data flows smoothly (no traffic jams allowed).
  • Experimenting, making mistakes (because that’s part of how we roll), and improving our systems as we go.
  • Keeping everything HIPAA-compliant because, well, that’s important.
  • Helping us figure things out as we break and rebuild systems together.

What our client is looking for: 

  • Someone who’s comfortable working with Mirth Connect and has experience with healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR, CCDA, etc.).
  • Strong Python or JavaScript skills to script and automate workflows.
  • A “just do it” attitude, because hesitation is defeat.
  • An interest in working with a group of people who believe in transparency, growth, and teamwork.
  • Bonus points if you also happen to enjoy yoga, gaming, or brewing kombucha with the team (not required, but it’d be cool).
