Aimee Alam

Aimee Alam, CHRP, currently serves as a Senior HRSS Specialist at OpenText, where responsibilities include managing leaves of absence, overseeing offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with legislative laws in the U.S. and Canada. Aimee has a strong background in human resources, having previously held roles as a Human Resources Associate Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator at Bingemans, where Aimee focused on recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefit management. Aimee began a career in customer service and human resources with various positions including HRIS Trainer and Team Lead, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management from Ryerson University, along with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration Financial Planning from Seneca Polytechnic. Aimee is also pursuing investment training for mutual funds through the Investment Funds Institute of Canada.
