Alfred S. is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in global compensation programs and M&A integration. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compensation at OpenText since May 2021, Alfred S. leads broad-based compensation initiatives and supports executive compensation. Previously, Alfred S. held the role of Director, Total Rewards - M&A at OpenText, where key responsibilities included overseeing total rewards during the M&A lifecycle, notably leading the integration efforts for the Micro Focus acquisition across 12 countries. Prior to OpenText, Alfred S. worked at Mercer as a Manager in Compensation Consulting and also held roles at KPMG as a Consultant in Global Mobility Services. Alfred S. holds an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
