Amit Prabhu

Amit Prabhu is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in internal audit and compliance, currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at OpenText since September 2020. Prior to this role, Amit was the Head of Internal Audit, Enterprise Assurance and Compliance at Cenovus Energy, where responsibilities included reporting to the Chair of the Audit Committee and Chief Financial Officer.
