Pooja Anand

Pooja Anand is the current head of Internal Audit at Robinhood. Pooja has over 18 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, and compliance. Prior to joining Robinhood, they were a Director/Senior Manager at Deloitte for 12 years, where they advised clients on enterprise risk management and internal controls. Pooja also spent 5 years as an analyst at Chevron Corporation. Pooja is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Pooja Anand has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Chico. Pooja also has a Masters in Information Systems and Marketing from FORE School of Management, New Delhi. Her undergraduate degree is in Information Systems from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. Pooja also has certification from the Cloud Security Alliance in Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), ISACA in Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), (ISC)² in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).

They are on a team with James Loat - Head of Legal, UK & President, UK (SMF1/3), LaSalle Vaughn - Head of Global Compliance Communications & Head of Global Ethics/Compliance Training, and Michael Hauser - Global Head of Privacy. Their manager is Daniel Gallagher, Chief Legal Officer.
