Danielle Cassalha, PMP, PSPO, has over two decades of experience in IT project management and product management, having held various key roles in organizations such as Quattuor Informática, Sicredi, Scotiabank, and OpenText. From 1999 to 2013, Danielle successfully led technical teams and managed critical infrastructure projects, significantly enhancing productivity, security, and collaboration systems. Currently, Danielle pursues an MBA in IT Strategic Management while also working as a Principal Product Manager, advocating for customer needs and advancing Cloud Managed Services in a multi-cloud environment. Danielle's expertise includes cloud computing, Agile methodologies, and IT service management.
