Itai Hakim

Itai Hakim is a Lead Solutions Consultant at OpenText, currently focused on simplifying organizational processes. They have extensive experience in solution engineering, having held positions at Freshworks and WalkMe™ where they developed tailored solutions to meet client needs and mentored new team members. Earlier in their career, Itai served as a Customer Support Representative and Marketing Data Analyst at Rushmore Marketing, and worked as a Project Coordinator at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
