Jessica Khater

Jessica Khater is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution consulting and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Sr. Solution Consultant and South EMEA Team Lead at UserTesting since June 2020, Jessica has previously held significant roles at Medallia, including Presales Sr. Manager and Customer Engagement Manager, from February 2018 to June 2020. Jessica also contributed to the guest experience as Guest Experience Manager at Expo 2020 Dubai from February 2017 to January 2018 and worked as a Strategy Consultant at Oliver Wyman from September 2013 to December 2016. Jessica holds a Master in Business and Strategic Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
