Nicole Redford

Nicole Redford has extensive experience at OpenText since February 2007, holding key managerial roles in Technical Project Management and the CEO Program Management Office. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the CEO's objectives and establishing the CEO as a thought leader. Previous positions include Enablement & Revenue Operations Manager, where presentations were built for strategic initiatives, and Project Manager for Sales Enablement, managing the transition of a sales training program to a virtual format. Earlier roles at OpenText involved coordinating live workshops, developing eLearning modules, and managing knowledge resources. Nicole began a career at Clarica from 1995 to 2003 as an Administrative Assistant, providing comprehensive administrative support and coordination for the Allstate Sales team.
