Prior to this role, Patricia led the IT Risk and Security Compliance Program at Ricoh USA, Inc. for nearly a decade, overseeing audit and compliance activities across North America and Latin America. Additional experience includes managing software implementation projects at American Express and directing a major ERP enhancement project at the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, where significant cost savings were achieved through process optimization and budget management.
