Salil Rao

Salil Rao is a seasoned sales professional with over two decades of experience in driving B2B sales and managing high-profile enterprise accounts. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at OpenText Corp since September 2012, Salil oversees the direct and partner sales operations for the "Information Exchange" suite of services in India. Prior to that, Salil held the position of Regional Sales Head at EasyLink Services International Corporation, which later became OpenText, focusing on enterprise sales strategies. Earlier roles included National Account Manager at Reliance Communications, where responsibilities included managing significant telecom accounts, and Sales Manager at Rolta India Ltd, handling key enterprise accounts and partner channels. Salil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mithibai College and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from St. Xavier's College of Management.
