Simon Wilkins

Simon Wilkins is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness at OpenText since January 2024. With a progressive career in organizational effectiveness and human resources, Simon previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Ingram Micro, where responsibilities included leading a team of 26 and managing HR business partnering across multiple divisions. Experience also includes senior HR roles at Allianz Australia, KPMG Australia, and Coca-Cola Amatil, focusing on talent development, diversity and inclusion strategies, and operational training programs. Simon holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and has completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program at The Wharton School.
