Wei Bradley has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Software Engineering at OpenText since January 2017. Prior to this role, Wei held various positions at Dell EMC and its predecessor, EMC Corporation, including Director of Software Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager. Wei began the career at Comsys and XDB Systems, progressing through roles focused on quality assurance and test automation management at OTG Software and Legato Systems. Wei earned a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Computer Management from the University of Maryland and the University of Maryland Global Campus, respectively.
