Omry Hay

Omry Hay is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and automation. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at env0 since December 2018, Omry has been instrumental in advancing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation and governance, enhancing productivity and security for teams. In August 2023, Omry co-founded OpenTofu, an open-source alternative to Terraform that emphasizes flexibility, control, and collaboration in managing cloud infrastructure. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Proofpoint, Backend Team Leader at wochit, and Senior Software Engineer at Fiverr, alongside various positions in quality assurance and software engineering early in the career. Omry holds a BSc in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies.
