Victor Shyshkin began their work experience in 2004 as an engineer at AMI Ukraina, where they worked until 2005. Victor then joined VOLIA in 2006 as a lead network engineer, responsible for planning, configuring, and supporting L2 and L3 level networks, as well as working with PON. Victor worked at VOLIA for ten years until 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they served as a Senior Business System Analyst at Netcracker. Starting in 2021, they joined EPAM Systems as a Senior Business Analyst and worked until 2022. Currently, Victor is employed at OpenVPN Inc. as a Business/System Analyst, beginning their tenure in October 2022.
Victor Shyshkin attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2000 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a specialist degree in the field of telecommunication systems & networks.
