Jeff James is a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of experience in building people and culture within growth companies. Currently, Jeff serves as Fractional HR Director at Suite Leap and Head of People and Culture at Yuvoice, where they develop and execute people strategies to support rapid organizational growth. Jeff's previous roles include Director of People at thredUP and Senior Director of People Experience at Grove Collaborative, where they successfully led HR transformations and implemented leadership development programs. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, Jeff has achieved significant cost savings and improved employee engagement across various organizations.
