Alvin John Dyoco

Alvin John Dyoco has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Alvin John started their career in 2005 at AOL as an America Online Community Action Team Moderator. In this role, they reviewed AOL content, moderated chat rooms, and ensured online safety.

In 2007, Alvin joined eTelecare Global Solutions as a DELL Email and DELL XPS Outbound Technical Support representative and stayed there until 2009.

From 2009 to 2014, Alvin worked at Stream Global Services, where they held various roles, including DELL SMB-MPP CHAT Technical Support Professional and DELL SMB-MPP CHAT Resolution Specialist.

In 2014, Alvin joined Convergys as a DELL SMB-MPP CHAT Resolution Specialist Manager. Alvin John went on to become a DELL SMB-MPP CHAT Team Manager and eventually a DELL Operations Manager Trainee until 2018.

Currently, Alvin is employed at Spot.IM as an Online News Moderator, starting in March 2018.

Alvin John Dyoco completed their high school education at Don Bosco Academy from 1990 to 1994, obtaining a High School Degree. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering at De La Salle University - Manila. Alvin John attended this institution from 1994 to 2000 and successfully earned their Bachelor of Science degree in that field of study.
