Adam Gaughan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adam is currently employed as the IT Service Desk Team Lead at The Openwork Partnership since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Oak Furnitureland as a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer from July 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they were a Support Technician at Intouch with Health from May 2019 to July 2021, where they provided technical support and created SQL scripts for reporting purposes. Adam also has experience as a Service Desk Analyst and Service Desk Apprentice at Procurri from December 2017 to May 2019. Adam also had a brief work experience as a Sound Engineer at Coda Recording studios in 2008.
