Andrzej Kuich

Andrzej Kuich has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to sales, business development, and recruitment. Andrzej started their career in 1996 as a Course Coordinator at the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development. After that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Abbeywood International, Tardis Group, and Abbey. In 2006, they joined BAA as a Recruitment Consultant before moving on to work as a Resourcing Consultant at Transport for London in 2007. In 2008, they became the Agency Development Director at MetLife, where they stayed until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as Dyrektor ds. Projektów Sprzedażowych at MetLife. In 2015, they joined The Openwork Partnership as the Head of Recruitment - Owl Financial. Andrzej later took on the role of Head of Business Development before becoming the Head of Sales and Business Development in April 2021.
