Paul Shearman

Paul Shearman serves as the Mortgage, Protection and GI Proposition Director at Openwork Ltd since May 2005, where responsibilities include enhancing the company's offerings in mortgages, protection, and general insurance across the UK. Prior to this role, Paul held several positions at Zurich Life from May 1997 to May 2005, including Mortgage Proposition Director, where a new strategy for the UK mortgage market was developed, as well as roles managing partnership marketing and joint venture marketing. Early career experience includes serving as Group Product Manager at Abbey and as a consultant at Marketing Improvements plc. Paul holds a degree in Economics from the Licensed Victuallers School.
