Paul Young DipPFS, Cert SMP/ER, FPC, CeMAP is an experienced professional in the financial sector, currently serving as Quality & Risk Manager at The Openwork Partnership since December 2021. Previously, Paul held the position of Field Sales Quality Officer at OWL Financial (Openwork) from January 2012 to December 2021, where responsibilities included training and competency supervision for approximately 20 sales managers and up to 270 personal/family protection advisers, as well as conducting annual adviser competency assessments and managing stakeholder relationships.
