Jodi Lakatos

Jodi Lakatos is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles across multiple industries. Presently serving as the Director of People Business Partner at OpenX since August 2021, Jodi has previously held prominent positions, including Director of U.S. HR/HR People Partners at Technicolor and Senior Manager of HR Business Partner at The Walt Disney Company. Jodi's career also includes key roles at Southern California Edison, Technicolor (Shared Services), Avery Dennison, and Deloitte. Jodi holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
