Mark Liao is Chief Financial Officer of OpenX, where he leads the financial strategy, accounting, business intelligence and revenue performance teams. Mark works with business leaders across the organization on planning and forecasting, controls and risk management, business line profitability, and managing cash flow both upstream and downstream.
Mark has over 20 years of experience in digital media, and before OpenX, served as CFO of Amobee, CFO of Turn and was the COO and CFO of iSocket. Mark also previously served as VP of Strategic Planning at Overture and held multiple VP positions at Yahoo! where he oversaw Finance and Business Operations teams in display advertising, search advertising, media properties, and commerce across the Yahoo! Americas business.
Mark holds a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
