Nick Van Berckelaer

Nick Van Berckelaer is the CTO & Co-Founder at Oper. Before that, they were a Technical Advisor at 0smosis from November 2017 to January 2020. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer - Technical Consultant - Development Lead at Siemens PLM Software from September 2015 to April 2017. Nick also interned at Witchcraft Sailboards from February 2012 to July 2012 where they developed asymmetrical hydrofoils for multi-fin sailboards using CAE, CAD & CAM software and set up a production line for protoypes and in-house production in cooperation with the Fuerteventura team. Before that, they were a Junior Operations Manager at Retro-Rent Events Catering from January 2008 to December 2012 where they were responsible for stock management, team management and event preparation.

They work with Charlotte Mast - Finance & Operations Manager, Giorgio Luparia - Chief Revenue Officer, and Merlina Ramani-Muhovic - Talent Manager. Nick Van Berckelaer reports to Geert Van Kerckhoven, CEO & Co-Founder. Some individuals on their team include Eugene Markovskyi - Front-End Engineer, Midhat Hodo - Software Engineer, and Veranika Rudzianok - QA Engineer.
