John Costello

John Costello is an experienced professional in event management and law, currently serving as an Elections Judge at the Bexar County Elections Department since January 2018. John has also performed as a Chorister with OPERA San Antonio since August 2018 and directed the King William Fair for the King William Association from October 2021 to May 2023. As the Owner of Extraordinary Events by Costello from March 2018 to November 2021, John drew on over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector to provide comprehensive event planning services. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of Events at KLRN Public Television, where responsibilities included managing multiple fundraising events. John has extensive legal experience, serving as Assistant Criminal District Attorney for Hays County from June 1988 to September 1995. John holds a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
