Raphael Herding

Raphael Herding has worked in various roles across multiple companies. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Architect at Operaize. From 2020-2021, they worked as a Professor of Software Engineering at Westfälische Hochschule. From 2018-2020, they worked as a Cloud Solution and Integration Architect at Bayer Business Services. From 2011-2018, they worked as an IT Architect and Software Engineer at ERGO Group AG. Raphael also worked at IBM as a Full Stack Engineer in 2011.

Raphael Herding obtained their Doctor of Natural Sciences in Information Technology from FernUniversität in Hagen between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Science in Software Engineering, moderne Softwaretechniken und Programmiersprachen from FernUniversität in Hagen between 2012 and 2013. Raphael also obtained their Bachelor of Science in Informationstechnik Fachrichtung angewandte Informatik from Fachhochschule Gelsenkirchen Abteilung Bocholt (now Westfälische Hochschule) between 2008 and 2011.
