Priyanka Tembey

Priyanka Tembey has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Priyanka is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Operant, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Juniper Networks as a Senior Staff Engineer from July 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining Juniper Networks, Priyanka held various roles at VMware. Priyanka started as an MTS in Cloud Platform Engineering in December 2014 and later became a Senior Member of Technical Staff. In their most recent position at VMware, they were a Staff Engineer working on VMware Cloud Foundation, the company's first hybrid cloud offering. Priyanka worked on this project from an unspecified date in 2018 until June 2020.

Earlier in their career, Priyanka worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Qualcomm Research Silicon Valley from October 2013 to November 2014. Priyanka also gained research experience as a Research Intern at Intel Labs in the Systems Software Group in 2011 and at IBM T.J Watson Research Labs in the Operating Systems Team in 2010.

Priyanka Tembey holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Priyanka further pursued their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science. Priyanka Tembey's educational journey continued at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science (Systems).
