Andy Scott has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder and COO of Operata, a company that helps businesses adopt new ways to communicate. Prior to this, they were the Global Voice Service Performance Manager at ANZ from 2012 to 2019. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Head of Voice Product Managment at Barclays Bank. Andy's career began in 1996, when they were the Head of Telephony at Vertex Data Science.
