Luke Jamieson

Luke Jamieson is a seasoned CX Evangelist at Operata, specializing in content creation and platform evangelism since February 2025. With a strong presence as a global thought leader on the future of work, customer experience, and employee engagement, Luke has also served as a Content Creator for Thought Larrikin since May 2019, offering services in keynotes, consulting, and workshop facilitation. Previously, Luke held roles at Upland Software as a Solutions Consultant/Polymath, where excellent interpersonal skills were vital, and as Regional Director ANZ and Global Content Director at Centric, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and company performance. Luke's career began with a transformative role as Head of Service Centre at First State Super, redefining quality measurement linked to member outcomes. Educational credentials include studies at Curtin University and the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (d.school).
