Matt Bange currently serves as the Director of Solution Engineering at Operata since May 2025. Previously, Bange held the position of Manager of AI Solutions Consulting at Five9, where representation and support were provided for a global team focused on AI solutions and strategy. Bange's expertise encompasses Generative AI, LLMs, NLU, API Integration, RPA, and Omnichannel Self Service Automation. Prior roles include Sales Engineer positions at both Five9 and Inference Solutions, where technical solutions were delivered across the Western Hemisphere, and consulting roles at Halo Health and CBTS, where impactful solutions for healthcare networks and complex network services were crafted. Bange holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Ohio University.
