Operation ABLE
Deborah A. Picciuto is a skilled professional with experience in public health and community services. Currently serving as a Program Assistant at Operation ABLE, Deborah has previously worked as a freelancer assisting individuals with applications for various health and social services from 2016 to 2020. Notable past roles include a temporary position at Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan, where Deborah conducted quality checks and data entry, and a position at Cambridge Health Alliance, focusing on community health education and training. Deborah's commitment to community service is also reflected in the volunteer work at E. N. Rogers Veterans Administration Hospital. Deborah holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

We provide a Path to Employment Since 1982, Operation ABLE, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, has provided job seekers with training programs and employment services. Our mission and passion is to empower our community of job seekers, the underemployed, those in career transition and military veterans who need job support services to re-enter the workforce. We offer a variety of services including occupational and computer skills training, workshops, job search training and support, coaching and counseling, and some training programs offer internships.
