A dedicated nonprofit executive and the visionary founder of Veterans Community Project (VCP), a groundbreaking organization committed to supporting and empowering Veterans in need. Stout has made an impact on the lives of countless Veterans through his innovative and compassionate approach.

Having served in Army Stout developed a deep respect for the sacrifices made by veterans including himself after being injured in Afghanistan. Motivated by a desire to address the unmet needs of his fellow Veterans, Stout founded VCP in 2015.

Under Stout's leadership VCP has pioneered a holistic and community-based approach to providing support and resources t veterans experiencing homelessness. Stout's innovative thinking and tireless dedication have earned him numerous accolades and recognition.

Beyond his work at VCP he is actively involved in advocacy efforts to raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by veterans. Frequently speaking at conferences and events, sharing his knowledge and experiences to inspire others to take action.

Stout has jumped in feet first supporting organizations across the country big and small providing leadership, guidance and sharing his unique fundraising approach allowing groups to grow and change lives where they serve.
