Vickie Starr

Vickie Starr is currently the Communications Manager at Operation Homefront, previously serving as the Communications Coordinator. Prior to that, Vickie worked as a Programs Assistant at Operation Homefront and as a Teaching Assistant at Midwestern State University. Vickie also taught Rhetoric and Composition at Midwestern State University and holds a Master of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Journalism from the same institution.
