Charlisa Pugh

Charlisa Pugh is an experienced professional in youth development and career services, currently serving as the Director of Youth and Young Adult Programs at Operation HOPE since September 2022. Previously, Charlisa was the Director at Lumity, leading the STEMWorks program to prepare high school graduates for careers in STEM fields. Charlisa’s extensive experience includes positions as Senior Operations Manager at Junior Achievement of Chicago, where management of financial literacy programs was a key responsibility, as well as community advocacy work in education equity. Earlier roles included career coaching at Vanderbilt University and MedVance Institute, program management at Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, and teaching business and career preparation in various middle and high schools. Charlisa holds a B.S. in Marketing from The University of Alabama.
