Journey Jill "JJ" Niemann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, training, and event planning. Currently serving as the Maui Program Manager and Community Liaison for Operation HOPE, Niemann also holds the position of Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Trainer at BlueSky Trainings, focusing on emotional intelligence and cultural transformation. As the founder of The Connection Lounge®, and creator of the Conscious Travel Summit, Niemann is dedicated to improving lives through community and transformational experiences. Previous roles include coordination and training at Next Level Trainings and strategic management at Socure, along with a significant tenure at Wells Fargo, where Niemann held various compliance and risk management positions. Niemann holds a degree in Finance with a Certificate in International Business from Arizona State University, complemented by emotional intelligence training from Next Level Trainings.
