Operation Kindness
Natalie Buxton has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Natalie started with The Council on Alcohol & Drugs as a Community Coordinator from 2010 to 2013. Natalie then joined Operation Kindness as a Development Manager from 2013 to 2017, where they facilitated fundraising events and managed website features. Natalie then moved to Best Friends Animal Society in 2017 and worked as a Digital Campaigns Specialist until 2019, focusing on managing digital fundraising and engagement campaigns. Natalie returned to Operation Kindness in 2019 as the Director of Marketing & Communications before being promoted to the Senior Director - Marketing & Communications role, where they oversee communication channels and spearheads marketing and fundraising initiatives.
Natalie Buxton possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing, which they acquired from Texas Woman's University in 2008.

Operation Kindness
Our mission is to create a kinder world for pets and the people who love them by providing lifesaving care, innovative programs and community resources. Operation Kindness is a pioneer in Texas for assisting animals in need of veterinary care, companionship and most of all, a home. We operate a lifesaving animal shelter in Carrollton, TX. In addition to pet adoptions and lifesaving medical care, our programs provide foster care for vulnerable animals, resources for pet parents, affordable veterinary services for community pets, a pet food pantry and volunteer opportunities.
