Tami Zacharias, MEd, CTDP has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Tami currently serves as the Founder & Owner of Learning & Leading, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Operation Mobilization from 2017, where they held various roles including International Director of Organizational Learning, Digital Learning Manager, International Leadership Development Associate, and Instructional Designer. Tami began their educational journey at Providence University College and Theological Seminary, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth Leadership from 2008 to 2010. Tami then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Education degree in Adult Education at Brock University, which they completed between 2013 and 2015.
Building on their academic foundation, Tami achieved a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership, specializing in Leadership in Learning, from Yorkville University. This program spanned from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Tami obtained a certificate in Learning Experience Design from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in 2020.
