Todd Shinabarger

Todd Shinabarger is the Chief Information Officer at Operation Mobilization USA, where Todd volunteers to assist with technology needs. Todd is also the Principal at 1st East Associates LLC, providing IT strategy and business process improvements for companies and non-profits. With experience as the Senior Director of Information Technology at Vera Bradley Designs and IT Director at Ambassador Steel Corporation and Cooper-Standard Automotive, Todd has a strong background in IT management and support. Todd holds a BS in Business Systems from Taylor University and an MBA in Business from Bowling Green State University.
