Operation New Hope
Korey McDougald is a seasoned marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Operation New Hope since July 2025. In this role, Korey leads initiatives to enhance the organization's brand, share impactful stories, and connect its mission with the broader community. Prior experience includes positions as Design and Production Manager and Design and Communications Coordinator at JAX Chamber, as well as roles at Wells Fargo as an Account Resolution Specialist, and at Cox Media Group as a News Editor and Floor Director. Korey also has experience in communications as a Communication Associate at Pet Paradise Resort and as a Photographer at Mystery Pix LLC, capturing memorable moments for visitors at the Jacksonville Zoo. Korey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Radio and Television from Edward Waters College and Thiel College.
