Melissa has also worked in account management and sales roles, demonstrating their ability to facilitate successful relationships with employers. Additionally, Melissa has a background in management and holds degrees from several universities in Florida.

Operation New Hope provides support, life and job skills training for people with a history of involvement with the criminal justice system, and places them in employment that offers a sustainable quality of life. We work to build a stronger community by creating opportunities to realize second chances and reduce recidivism.
