Helen Jeffery

Helen Jeffery is an experienced digital manager with extensive expertise in leading digital communications for various organizations, currently serving at Operation Smile UK since February 2023. Previously, at Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation, Helen managed communications for multiple charity brands and collaborated on website development initiatives. Helen's tenure at the National Housing Federation spanned over 15 years, during which leadership roles included overseeing a team to enhance the organization's digital presence and executing website projects aligned with strategic priorities. Helen began the career in administrative roles, with foundational experiences at the National Probation Service and North Hertfordshire District Council. Helen holds a Master's degree in British Politics from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in History from Sheffield Hallam University.
