Joanna Haywood

Joanna Haywood is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in marketing and communications management. Currently serving as the Communications Manager at Operation Smile UK since March 2022, Joanna previously held prominent roles at The Woodland Trust as Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Communications Executive, as well as Communications Manager at Hinchingbrooke Healthcare NHS Trust and NHS Leicestershire County and Rutland. Additionally, Joanna worked at Hanson UK, where responsibilities included overseeing communication strategies and launching a new UK website, along with earlier roles in product management and sales. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Gloucestershire.
