Ashley Costello is an accomplished Learning & Development Manager at Operation Smile since March 2019, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals. Previously, Ashley served as a Learning & Development Specialist, enhancing continuous learning and global leadership development. Earlier experience includes coordination of volunteer services, teaching high school business courses, and various roles in human resources and office management across different organizations.
