Enrique A. Flicki M.d.

Enrique A. Flicki M.D. is a highly experienced plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a volunteer surgeon for Operation Smile USA since May 2012 and as an attending plastic surgeon at Centro Medico Quirurgico San Ignacio in Caracas since April 2011, Enrique also holds the position of Chief of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department at Hospital de Clinicas Caracas since 1978. Prior experience includes attending in plastic surgery at Hospital San Juan de Dios, focusing on pediatric surgeries for congenital and acquired deformities from 1978 to 1984. Enrique completed a plastic surgery residency at the University of Kansas from 1976 to 1978 and a general surgery residency at Beth Israel Medical Center-Mount Sinai School of Medicine from 1973 to 1976. Educational qualifications include a medical degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela obtained from 1966 to 1972 and a high school diploma from Black Foxe Military Academy, completed from 1961 to 1965.
