Indiana Siu has extensive experience in international development and humanitarian work, primarily with Operation Smile since October 2010, where roles have included Associate Vice President for Latin America and The Caribbean, Associate Vice President for Mexico, Central America and The Caribbean, Regional Director, Executive Director, and Program Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as a Project & Program Officer at the American Nicaraguan Foundation and an internship at the Nicaraguan Embassy in Taiwan. Indiana Siu's educational background includes a candidate in Master of Business Administration and Master in Project Management from ENEB, a postgraduate degree in Work Psychology from Universidad Americana, a Master of Arts in Taiwanese Aid in Latin America from National Chengchi University, a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Universidad Americana, and ongoing Ph.D. studies in Asia Pacific Studies at National Chengchi University. Additionally, Indiana Siu has completed the Atlas Corps Virtual Leadership Institute.
