Patricia Bacuros has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. In 1989, they began their career as an Administrative Assistant supporting Managing Directors in the Entertainment Department at Korn/Ferry International. In 1991, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Sony Pictures Entertainment. From 1996 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Gifts-In-Kind Development for Humanitarian Programs and Disaster Response at Project HOPE. Patricia then joined Direct Relief in 2014 as the Director of Philanthropic Investment, a role they held until 2018. Currently, they are the Vice President of Gifts In Kind & Corporate Partnerships at Operation Smile, a position they have held since August 2018.
Patricia Bacuros pursued their education in a variety of fields throughout the years. In 2000, they enrolled at Old Dominion University and completed their Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2005. In 2010, they attended American Public University to focus on Emergency Management & Disaster Response. In 2012, Patricia Bacuros pursued Leadership Training at Board Source and also started an MBA program at Shenandoah University, which they are currently working on.
