Vicki Hiestand, CGMS, has extensive experience in finance and grants compliance, currently serving in Grants Compliance at The Center for Rural Development since 2005. Prior to this role, Vicki Hiestand held the position of Vice President of Finance at Park Systems from 1995 to 2005, and worked as Accounting Manager at Potomac Enterprises from 1990 to 1995. Vicki Hiestand began a career in accounting at Tropical Nut & Fruit from 1985 to 1990. Vicki Hiestand holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Management from the University of Kentucky, which was completed between 1980 and 1993, and graduated from Somerset High School in 1980.
