Kim Ellis has extensive experience in program administration, particularly within organizations focused on supporting rural and underserved communities. Currently serving as Program Administrator for both the Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium and the NLECTC - Small, Rural, Tribal & Border Regional Center, Kim Ellis manages outreach and communication processes, develops conference schedules, prepares budget estimates, and negotiates contractual agreements. Additionally, as Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at The Center for Rural Development, Kim Ellis provides comprehensive administrative support and has previously held the role of Events Manager, responsible for planning and executing various events. Kim Ellis's career has been dedicated to enhancing resources and training for rural first responders and law enforcement agencies.
